Paneer Manchurian Recipe

Paneer Manchurian is very much liked by people who like to eat cheese and they eat Chinese food passionately. This dish will be liked not only by the family but also by the guests. And yes, children too will like the test so much that they too will crack it. You can easily make Chinese cheese Manchurian at your home to make your taste even more special. So let’s see the recipe for making Paneer Manchurian.

Ingredients For Manchurian:

For Manchurian: 150 gms Paneer,
1/2 cup Cabbage chopped,
2 tablespoons Capsicum chopped,
2 tablespoon Carrot chopped,
1 Green Chilli chopped,
Salt to taste Black pepper,
2 tablespoons Plain flour,
2 tablespoon Cornflour,
Oil for frying.

For Gravy:

1½ tablespoon Oil,
2 tablespoon Garlic chopped,
2 tablespoons ginger chopped,
2 tablespoon Celery chopped,
2 tablespoons Soy sauce,
2 tablespoon Chilli-Garlic sauce,
1/4 cup Tomato ketchup,
2 Green Chillies chopped,
Black Pepper powder,
1 cup Water,
1 tablespoon Corn flour+1/2 cup water,
cornflour slurry Salt,
2 Spring chopped onions.

Method of preparation:

Manchurian: In a bowl, add paneer, cabbage, capsicum, carrot, green chili, salt, black pepper, plain flour, cornflour, and mix them well. Shape them into 1/2 inch balls. Fry them in hot oil until they are crisp.

Gravy: Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, ginger, celery, saute the ingredients for a min. Add soy sauce, chili-garlic sauce, ketchup, and give it a mix. Add green chilies, black pepper powder, Water, and give it a boil. Add cornflour slurry, boil the slurry for 2-3 minutes. Add salt, Manchurian balls, and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add spring onions, mix well and our Paneer Manchurian is ready. Enjoy hot bowl of spicy Manchurian with steamed rice or fried rice.
